Our Story
Hi, I'm Helen!
Mum of 2 munchkins and creator of HelenMade Creations.
As a parent to be, it can be overwhelming to know what you will actually need. A lot of the time you can end up over spending on items you either don't need or don't use. I was one of these parents! We ended up with multiple vacuum sealed bags FULL of items that were barely used/worn by the time she was 2.
When we were pregnant with our son, we were more conscious of what we were buying - but the main problem we came across was that there were so many products that only had one function, or could be used for a small amount of time. Not only that, there were limited choices for boys unless you wanted trucks, dinosaurs or super hero’s.
I began looking at everything from our old swaddles to nappy bags to see how I could create products that would make my life easier as a parent.
The big thing I kept coming back to was QUALITY over QUANTITY, and items with versatility so can grow with bub.
My mission is to combine beauty and practicality into all of our products to make your life easier as a parent. To reduce the overwhelm for new parents by offering unique and versatile products that will help the every day family to get the most out of every day.
