I have my own item of clothing - can you add a design to it?

Yes of course! Prices start from $12 so get in contact with us to get an quote

When can I expect my delivery?

Within Australia, our turnaround time is 2 weeks from order to delivery. If an item is on backorder you will be contacted within 24hrs if the time frame will go outside of this.

Please note that orders may be slightly delayed around public holidays, and while we will do our best to ensure we keep to the 2 week timeline we recommend you contact us if you need an order by a specific date so as not to disappoint.

I need the order urgently, can you help?

Yes of course! Please contact us to make sure everything is in stock and we can do a rush order for you.

Shipping

We use tracking on all orders and you will be notified once item has been sent. Express Post is available at an additional charge

Shipping outside of Australia will attract higher fees and you can expect delivery to be be 2-3 weeks after order date

Custom Orders

When we are contacted for a custom order, we take a non-refundable deposit before we begin any work. This is to cover our time and any materials that may need to be purchased to fulfill your order. If you decide to cancel and the order has not been customized as yet, your deposit may be able to be used as a future credit.

Refunds

Refunds are not available for custom orders unless the item has been proved to be faulty or broken. If this is the case, please contact us to discuss a replacement.

We do not refund for change of mind, however we may be able to do an exchange if the item has not been worn or customised.
